In order to become a member of the San Antonio Hills, Inc. Homeowners’ Association, prospective members need to pay annual dues of $40. The homeowner can a) pay online or b) fill out a form and mail a check to the P.O. Box.
The Association has yearly expenses, including the mailing of newsletters, the annual meeting, insurance, and miscellaneous items. Homeowners and tenants receive two or more newsletters annually and may participate in the annual meeting in addition to corresponding with the Board for active issues and neighborhood developments. Note that Board members are all volunteers.
